Except that it’s unconquered nature and weird. Then there’s also that you walk around barefoot in it. Only Salazar knows everything that lives in that forest. And maybe not even he knew the extent of the creatures in that forest.

It’s not weird. -stomps her foot lightly- Yes, you’re correct, it is unconquered and that’s what makes it so interesting! I love finding old and new creatures. It’s absolutely fascinating.

Eddie//Flora

“Well, I was bored with studying and so I decided that you were better than being bored.” He winked at Flora to let her know he was only kidding. He like spending time with Flora. He didn’t have many friends but out of them Flora was his favorite. “I knew you would be out here.” He said to himself again. He laughed as he both realized they both had their own domains. He had the library, and she had the forest. They both shared the Great Hall, naturally, with everyone else. “Do you have any plans? He asked.

“Oh, how nice,” she teased him back, lightly nudging his shoulder with hers. She was much better than studying and anyone could tell you that. Looking over at Eddie as they walked, she could see how more relaxed her looked than when she first met him. Maybe being friends was actually doing some good. Flora felt better about that. “The Forest is my home away from home away from home,” she replied cheekily, nodding her head. That was an apt description. “Well, I’m sure Graham is still pouting and Hestia is busy, as per usual, so no, it looks as though I don’t have any plans.” She smiled at him. “What do you have in mind?”

Eddie//Flora

It took everything Eddie had to not collapse onto the ground, it wasn’t that she was heavy or anything. It was the surprise that took all his strength. He was fit and could have held her if he was expecting it. He laughed loudly and spun around after he playfully pushed the girl off. “I was sure you would be out here again.” He said as he smiled. “Find anything good today?” He asked. He never knew why she was always out there and wouldn’t ask. He felt bad if he ever invaded someones privacy.

Flora giggled loudly as she was spun around and then lightly placed back on the ground. She was very glad she decided to do it. Tilting her head, Flora looked up at Eddie as he asked her his question, obviously showing that she was paying attention. Her mind had been fond of wandering lately but this time, she would not let it. For her absolute best friend, of course. “As always,” she replied with a grin, hands on her hips. “Unfortunately, no. But there’s always tomorrow!” Wrapping her arm around Eddie’s, she turned them facing the castle and started walking back towards it. “But what about you, how has your day been? And what, may I ask, gave you the wonderful idea of visiting me?”

Eddie quickly moved through the corridor. He was on the search for Flora. He hadn’t seen her since they got their late lunch together the other afternoon. He looked around and noticed Hestia, of course he would see her when he really wanted her twin. He turned quickly and headed toward the Great Hall. He hoped she would be there, but knowing her she was in the forest. Upon thinking that he turned again and started for the forest. How had he not thought of it before.

After He crossed the bridge and made his way down some stairs he was standing at the edge of the forest. He placed his wand at his throat, “Sonorus.” He had never had a use for this spell before and was excited to try it out for his first time. “Flora are you in there?” He screamed and hwas taken back by how loud the spell had made his voice. If she was in there she would definitely hear him.

Looking down at the broken branch, Flora squinted through the sunlight to look closer. She was sure some type of parasite, wood eating bug was crawling on the bark and she was determined to capture at least one of them. Leaning closer with her wand, Flora bit her lip in concentration. The moment Flora opened her mouth to quietly mutter a spell, she instead jumped at least two feet in the air as a voice surrounded her and made her jump in surprise. Looking around, Flora saw nothing, but her ears picked up the familiar tone and with a drop of her shoulders, Flora relaxed. It was Eddie’s voice.

Slowing her breathing down, Flora stuck her tongue out at the branch on the ground and gathered her things, stuffing them in a tiny bag that rested on her thigh, tied to her belt. After double checking to make sure she got everything, she broke into a run in the direction of the edge of the forest, where she’s sure Eddie was waiting for her. In a minute’s time, Flora was met with the sight of the Ravenclaw boy who was looking down at his wand, not paying any attention to her. Taking advantage of this, Flora sneakily walked around in a circle, now finding herself behind him. Keeping her mouth closed, Flora creeped up closer to him. And then, naturally, she jumped onto his back with a laugh and a shout. “Eddie!”
